Ingredients of Bengali Rasgulla Payesh Recipe

  1. 1 ltr Milk.
  2. 8 Pcs Rosogolla ( Rasgullle or Rasgulla ).
  3. 250 gm Patali Gur ( date Palm Jaggery ).
  4. 100 gm Sugar.
  5. Bay Leaves ( Tejpatta or Tejpata ).
  6. Green Cardamom (Elach).

How To Make Bengali Rasogollar Payesh

1. Take a pan. Add 1 ltr Milk in a pan. Warm the milk till it becomes thicker. Stir it regularly.

2. Now add Bay Leaves. Stir it regularly. Now add Patali Gur or Date palm jaggery and Stir it regularly.

3. When Patali Gur mixed well then add 100 gm sugar or add sugar as per your taste. Stir it regularly. Now add readymade rasogollas. Stir it regularly.

4. Finally add some Green Cardamom Seeds and stir it regularly.

1. Marinate the Koi Maach with 1 tsp Turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Take a pan. Add mustard oil. Heat the oil.
3. Fry the Koi mach.
4. Now again take some oil in pan. Heat the oil. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli.
5. Now add sliced onion. After few times add onion paste. After that add tomato paste. Also add Garlic paste, Ginger Paste, Green chilli paste.
6. Now add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder and 1 tsp cumin powder. Add some water and mix the masala very well.
7. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Also add sugar and salt as per your taste.
8. Now our fish curry is ready to add Koi Fish. Add some water and mix it very well.
9. Finally add Garam Masala Powder and 2 tsp Mustard Oil and put off gas oven.
10. Our most delicious fish recipe Tel Koi is ready. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve it with hot steamed rice.

Step 3 -
After boiling add one tsp Turmeric Powder, some more water, fried Rohu Fish Head, Peas, Salt as per taste. cover it for 5 min.

Step 4 -
Heat Mustard Oil on another pan and add dry Red Chilly, Bay Leaf, Cumin Seeds, Chopped Tomato, one tsp Ginger paste, Cumin Powder, one tsp Sugar and mixed well.

Step 5 -
Add the mixture to the boiled dal, cover it and cook it for 5 min.

Step 6 -
Add half tsp Garam Masala Powder and one tbsp Ghee.

Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy "Macher Mathar Moong Dal".

3. Take 200 gm Gobindobhog Rice in a bowl and add 1 Tsp Ghee in Gobindobhog Rice and mix it well.

4. Now add Gobindobhog Rice in milk and also add Bay Leaves to Milk.

5. Again Stir it regularly.

6. When Rice become totally boiled then add Date Palm Jaggery, Cashew Nuts and Resins in milk.

7. Again Stir it regularly.

9. Again Stir it regularly.
