Ingredients of Bengali Rasgulla Payesh Recipe
- 1 ltr Milk.
- 8 Pcs Rosogolla ( Rasgullle or Rasgulla ).
- 250 gm Patali Gur ( date Palm Jaggery ).
- 100 gm Sugar.
- Bay Leaves ( Tejpatta or Tejpata ).
- Green Cardamom (Elach).
How To Make Bengali Rasogollar Payesh
1. Take a pan. Add 1 ltr Milk in a pan. Warm the milk till it becomes thicker. Stir it regularly.2. Now add Bay Leaves. Stir it regularly. Now add Patali Gur or Date palm jaggery and Stir it regularly.
3. When Patali Gur mixed well then add 100 gm sugar or add sugar as per your taste. Stir it regularly. Now add readymade rasogollas. Stir it regularly.
4. Finally add some Green Cardamom Seeds and stir it regularly.
