Ingredients Of Lote Fish Fry:


1. Take 4 Pcs. of Lotte Mach or Bombay Duck Fish.
2. Turmeric Powder
3. Ginger Garlic paste
4. Red Chilli Powder
5. Black Pepper
6. Lemon Juice
7. Flour
8. Corn Flour
9. Salt, Sugar and Refined Oil


How To Make Fish Fry Bengali Style:


1. Take 4 Pcs. Lotte Mach Sliced or Sliced Bombay Duck Fish in a bowl.
2. Add Half Tsp Turmeric powder to loitta fish.
3. Add 3 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste to loitta mach.
4. Add Half Tsp Red Chilli Powder to lote mach.
5. Add Half Tsp Black Pepper Powder.
6. Add 1 Tsp Lemon Juice.
7. Mix it well and put this marinated Bombay duck fish in freeze for 1 hour.
8. Also remember that do not use salt when marinate the fish.
9. Take 150 Gm Flour in another bowl.
10. Add 3 Tsp Corn Flour.
11. Add Half Tsp Red Chilli Powder.
12. Also add Half Tsp Salt, Half Tsp Sugar and mix it well.
13. Add Water slowly and Mix very well to get crispy fried fish.
14. Now add Half Tsp Salt in Merinated Fish and mix it well.
15. Now Deep fry the marinated Lote fish or Bombay Duck Fish and serve it hot with Salads.
