Ingredients of Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • Flour (150gm)
  • Sugar or Powder Sugar (150gm)
  • Four Eggs
  • Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
  • Baking Powder (1 tsp)
  • Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
  • Refined Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Foil pack or Cake tin

Directions of How To Make Chocolate Cake

1. Take 150 gm flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 2 tsp cocoa powder together in a bowl and Mixed it very well. You can add additional tsp of cocoa powder to get much chocolate flavor and dark chocolate colour.


2. Take a bowl and Separate eggs yolk from whites.

3. Take another clean & dry bowl then beat the egg whites (with hand blender) till fluffy.

4. After that add 150 gm sugar in egg whites, beating till thick and retains shape. You can add more sugar to get more sweet flavor.

5. Poured the vanilla essence in to the yolk and beat the mixture till thick and fluffy.

6. Add oil gradually beating till thick again.

7. Fold in flour gently with wooden spoon.

8. Take a foil or cake tin. Grease the foil or cake tin. Dust light with flour of inside the foil or cake tin.

9. Pour the cake batter in foil or cake tin. Remember that do not fill up the foil by cake batter above 60% to 70%. Because it will increase automatically after getting heat.

10. Pre heat the Micro oven at 180 degree. Bake the cake for 28 to 30 minutes. After that open out the cake from micro oven and put that on freeze for giving it solid shape. After that you can slice the cake by knife and serve it.
