Veg Burger is a very popular snacks making with Aloo tikki.
Ingredients Of Veggie Burger –
- Mashed Boiled Potato.
- Chopped Onion.
- Chopped Carrot.
- Chopped Coriander Leaves.
- Green Peas.
- Bread Crumbs.
- Corn Flour.
- Chaat Masala.
- Black Pepper Powder.
- Salt.
- Refined oil.
Making of Homemade Aloo Tikki Veg Burger Recipe
- At first, take a pre heated frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of refined oil.
- After the oil gets heated, add chopped onion (1 medium size onion) and fry it for 1 minute in medium flame.
- After that, add chopped carrot (1 small size carrot) and fry it for another 1 minute in
medium flame. - Now add ½ cup of green peas and fry it for another 1 minute in medium flame.
- Add smashed boiled potato (2 medium size potato), ½ teaspoon of chaat masala powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves, ¼ teaspoon of salt and mix it well.
- Fry it for 3 minutes in high flame (stir it continuously).
- Switch off the oven and leave for cooling down.
- After it gets cooled enough, add 2 tablespoons of Bread Crumbs and mix it well.
- Make the stuffing in the round shape and same of the size of the burger bun using your hand (made 2 of these).
- Now dip the patties in the corn flour mixture (2 tablespoon of corn flour and small amount of water).
- After dipping in corn flour, dip into bread crumbs properly.
- Take a pre heated frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of refined oil.
- After the oil gets heated, fry the patties in medium flame for 6 – 8 minutes (3 minutes for each side).
- Now your Aloo Tikki is ready.
How to Make Burger At Home –
- Now take a plate and place the half of the burger bun.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bun, followed by lettuce leaf, cheese slice, veg Aloo Tikki, sliced tomato, sliced onion, tomato ketchup and lastly another half of the burger bun.
- Press it gently from the top.
- Now your Veg Burger is ready to serve.
