ভেজ বার্গার রেসিপি - Veg Burger Recipe - How To Make Burger


Veg Burger is a very popular snacks making with Aloo tikki. 

Ingredients Of Veggie Burger –

  1. Mashed Boiled Potato.
  2. Chopped Onion.
  3. Chopped Carrot.
  4. Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  5. Green Peas.
  6. Bread Crumbs.
  7. Corn Flour.
  8. Chaat Masala.
  9. Black Pepper Powder.
  10. Salt.
  11. Refined oil.

Making of Homemade Aloo Tikki Veg Burger Recipe

  1. At first, take a pre heated frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of refined oil.
  2. After the oil gets heated, add chopped onion (1 medium size onion) and fry it for 1 minute in medium flame.
  3. After that, add chopped carrot (1 small size carrot) and fry it for another 1 minute in
    medium flame.
  4. Now add ½ cup of green peas and fry it for another 1 minute in medium flame.
  5. Add smashed boiled potato (2 medium size potato), ½ teaspoon of chaat masala powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves, ¼ teaspoon of salt and mix it well.
  6. Fry it for 3 minutes in high flame (stir it continuously).
  7. Switch off the oven and leave for cooling down.
  8. After it gets cooled enough, add 2 tablespoons of Bread Crumbs and mix it well.
  9. Make the stuffing in the round shape and same of the size of the burger bun using your hand (made 2 of these).
  10. Now dip the patties in the corn flour mixture (2 tablespoon of corn flour and small amount of water).
  11. After dipping in corn flour, dip into bread crumbs properly.
  12. Take a pre heated frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of refined oil.
  13. After the oil gets heated, fry the patties in medium flame for 6 – 8 minutes (3 minutes for each side).
  14. Now your Aloo Tikki is ready.

How to Make Burger At Home –

  1. Now take a plate and place the half of the burger bun.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bun, followed by lettuce leaf, cheese slice, veg Aloo Tikki, sliced tomato, sliced onion, tomato ketchup and lastly another half of the burger bun.
  3. Press it gently from the top.
  4. Now your Veg Burger is ready to serve.
