Ingredients of Nolen Gurer Payesh or Notun Gurer Payesh

  • 2 Lt. Milk
  • 200 Gm Gobindobhog Rice
  • 250 Gm Date Palm Jaggery
  • 100 Gm Sugar
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Resins
  • Green Cardamom Seeds
  • Bay Leaves
  • Ghee

Method of Nolen Gurer Payesh or Kheer With Date Palm Jaggery

1. In a medium size saucepan, take 2 Lt milk and Warm the Milk till Boiling.

2. Turn the Oven Sim Mode and Stir Regularly for 5 Min.

3. Take 200 gm Gobindobhog Rice in a bowl and add 1 Tsp Ghee in Gobindobhog Rice and mix it well.
.
4. Now add Gobindobhog Rice in milk and also add Bay Leaves to Milk.

5. Again Stir it regularly.

6. When Rice become totally boiled then add Date Palm Jaggery, Cashew Nuts and Resins in milk.

7. Again Stir it regularly.

8. Add Green Cardamom Seeds.

9. Again Stir it regularly.

10. Cook for 5 minutes in sim mode.
